From the EAST or WEST on I-64: Take Exit 120, Fifth Street Extended. At the end of the exit ramp, go north on 5th Street (from the West, that will be a turn to the left; if you are coming from the East, it will be a merge to the right). Go approximately two miles to the intersection with Elliott Ave./Cherry Ave (Elliot to the right, Cherry to the left). Turn left (west) onto Cherry Ave. Go approximately one mile to the stop light on Roosevelt Brown/9th Street. Turn right (north) onto Roosevelt Brown. Go two short blocks to Grove Street, turn right. The Ronald McDonald House is the 3-story brick building at the top of Grove Street. At the stop sign, go to the left, then immediately to the right onto Nalle Street, then turn right into the RMHC parking lot. 

From the NORTH (or from Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport): take US Route 29 South and enter Charlottesville via US Route 29 South Business. As you approach the University, US 29 S becomes Emmet Street. Follow this to the intersection of Emmet St. and University Avenue. The Cavalier Inn will be on your right, a playing field will be on your left. Turn left onto University Avenue. Follow University Avenue through UVA, when the street becomes Main St. At the intersection with 10th St., also known as Roosevelt Brown Boulevard (RBB), there is a Hampton Inn on the southeast corner. Turn right onto Roosevelt Brown. Proceed down RBB, go straight through the light, under the railroad trestle and almost immediately, turn left onto Grove St. The Ronald McDonald House is the 3-story brick building at the top of Grove Street. At the stop sign, go to the left, then immediately to the right onto Nalle Street, then turn right into the RMHC parking lot.

From the SOUTH via US 29 North: go under I-64, then take the first exit (US 29 Business, Hospital exit). At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Fontaine Avenue, which becomes Jefferson Park Avenue (JPA). At the stop light at a ‘T’ in the road, turn right and continue on JPA, through the UVA Health complex. At the stop light on Lee Street, with the Emily Couric Cancer Center in front of you, turn right onto Lee Street. Proceed in front of the Hospital and parking garages to the stop light at the intersection with Roosevelt Brown. Turn right onto Roosevelt Brown, go under the railroad trestle, then immediately move into the left turn lane, and turn left onto Grove Street. The Ronald McDonald House is the 3-story brick building at the top of Grove Street. At the stop sign, go to the left, then immediately to the right onto Nalle Street, then turn right into the RMHC parking lot.
