Thankfulness has many perspectives – from the folks who do the giving to those who are on the receiving end. As our pictures on Facebook demonstrate, we have been on the receiving end of some wonderful giving the past few days. From the University students who so generously gave up a full afternoon to construct our new shed, to delicious meals by members of the Covenant Church and energetic Target Employees, to the delightful group of Dept. 56 Collectors who come faithfully every year at this time to assemble our holiday village – - it has all been very humbling. This is a difficult time of year for our families. Your gifts of time, food, support dollars and love help us build the caring bridge that they need until they can return home again.
