Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charlottesville offers grants on an annual basis to other non-profits seeking support for programs that enhance the health and well-being of children and their families. Grant awards typically range in size from $2,000 to $4,000. The RMHC Charlottesville Grant Program is funded through interest and dividends earned from an endowment generously gifted to the charity in 2000 specifically for this purpose. Thus, the Grant Program is separate from the Ronald McDonald House program and the dollars that flow into and from it.
Congratulations to our past Ronald McDonald House Charities Charlottesville Grant winners, including:
- Elk Hill “Literacy for Life”
- Foothills Child Advocacy Center
- Jefferson Area Children’s Health Improvement Program
